What the Connection
fee means?
As long as your call is connected you will be charged,
regardless of whether your call is picked up.
What
the Weekly fee means?
The fee that may apply, starting from the seventh
date after first use.This charge will be deducted from
the card value. You won't be charged if you use it all
within seven days. Card that has weekly fee is suitable
for the if you heavy user because use card until card
doesn't have balance, you do not have to pay for this
fee.
What the Tax included
means?
The rate is the final price. There is no need to pay
for any taxes.
What the Plus tax
15% means?
For these type of cards mean the rate of cards is
not include taxes, thus you will be charged for the taxes
plus the total prices from the length of the time you
talk.
For Example, if you
buy JustCall card for $20, the rate of this card 6.50
cents/min and you use this card for 10 minutes. You will
be supposed to pay for rate x
length of time (6.50 x 10) = 65.00 cents But
this is not the final price, you have to pay more for
taxes.
JustCall card has taxes 15% so if you used this card for
10 minutes, taxes will be
(rate x
length of time) x tax = (6.50 x 10)
x 15% = 9.75 cents. So you will be charged for 65.00
+ 9.75= 74.75 cents for
using 10 minutes by decreasing the amount of time from
your card.
What the local
access means?
These toll free numbers support Californian resident
only. If you are not Californian resident and you make
a call to these local access numbers, you will have to
pay more for long distance call to these local access
numbers.Therefore, if you are not Californian resident,
please use 1800 access to call to Thailand to avoid extra
charge on your phone bill.
Is there rechargeable
on calling card?
Our calling cards do not have rechargeable. That means
you have to buy the new one every time that non any time
left on your card.
Card out of stock.
In case our products are out of stock, you will get
our mail informing on waiting your card. You may need
to wait for few days. Please do not worry. We will send
your pin code as soon as the card reaches here.
How to use buttons to manages order amount in the Shopping Cart?

Increase button: uses for increase money amount on
selected card, for card that can create your own pin. For example, increase
money amount from $100 to $110 (increase by $10).
For the card that can't
create your own pin, the increase button uses for increase the amount of card to
purchase. See picture below.

Decrease button: This button is uses for decreasing
money amount on selected card, for card that can create your own pin. For
example, decrease money amount from $100 to $90 (decrease by $10).
For the
card that can't create your own pin, the decrease button uses for decrease the
amount of card to purchase. See picture below.

Remove button: This button is uses to remove unwanted
product from shopping cart. After you click on remove button on selected product
the system will automatic remove that item out and recalculate the total amount
of money and quantities for you. See picture below.

Why do
I get a message that my credit card number is "invalid"?
This error is simply caused by your credit card
number being entered incorrectly on the secure online form.
Try re-entering your credit card number again
Why
do I receive an "Invalid Billing Address" message?
Here's a few things to keep in mind when entering
your billing address with your credit information.
If you enter a Post Office box, do not use periods after
the PO. (Example: Use "PO Box" instead of "P.O. Box").
If you are on a rural route with a box number, enter your
rural route on the top line and your box number on the
second line. (Example: Do not enter "RR 1 Box 123"
all on one line. Instead, enter "RR 1" on the first line
and "Box 123" on the second line.)
Please note that the address you provide must match the
address on your credit card statement exactly or the transaction
will be declined.

Did my purchase go through?
When you submit an order;
For Visa and Mastercard, you will receive two emails from
us. One is the confirmation of your order with Thaidial,
which will contain your invoice no. The other is a receipt
( Refer to ‘ SIPS Transaction Response ‘ ) which you can
print out as your credit card billing reference. ( These
two emails will not include your pin number which we will
send you once your credit card details are verified.)
If you do not get any information above, that means you
order do not go through.

How long does
a pin code take?
If you pay by credit card and your credit details
are verified, you can get PIN code immediately.
In case you are a new customer, we need to call to verify
your order within 20 mins. And then process you your pin
code.
For check order, it takes 5-7 business day, After we process
your check, we will send you a pin no. within 24 hrs.

Personal Message ?
Your Personal Message appears in your password screen
when you make purchases. When the Verified by Visa window
appears during the purchase process you should always
check to see that your Personal Message appears correctly.
This confirms that it's an authentic Verified by Visa
window.
How will the
Online Store know that I have Verified by VISA ?
Participating online stores will automatically recognize
your Visa Card number if you have registered it for Verified
by Visa.

Can I cancel

such as dissatisfaction delay or double charge and you
want to cancel the order (before we send you a PIN number
), you will get 100% refund. The card will be expired
within 3 months from date of first use or on the expiration
date printed on the card, whichever occurs first. No refund
or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired

Why new customers do not
get pin code immediately?
We concern the fraudulent charge. For your credit
card holder protection, we need to verify your first order
by calling every single new order
within 20 mins. Or customer may speed up the process by
fax a signed clear copy of a copy of your credit
card statement from the card used to initiate your order
or a copy of your credit card (front & back).
